Coco Tekstil is a wholesale contract manufacturing partner for women's apparel. We manage the entire process in house, from sampling to bulk production — cutting, sewing, quality control and packing are all carried out directly by our own team. We operate on a wholesale-only basis, manufacturing for boutiques, stores, marketplaces and e-commerce sellers, and we do not sell our products directly to retail customers. Our Manufacturing Process
From cutting and sewing to quality control and packaging, every stage of production runs in our own workshop. This lets us control lead times and quality standards directly.

Cutting
Fabric laying and cutting happen in our own workshop. Size ratios are checked against the order sheet to keep waste to a minimum.

Sewing
The sewing line is set up per style. Because the same team stays on a style start to finish, the difference between the first and last piece stays minimal.

Quality control and packing
Every piece is inspected before and after pressing. Labelling and packing follow your brand's specification, ready for dispatch.

What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the style and the fabric. Send us the style and the quantity you have in mind and we will give you a clear answer.
Do you source the fabric?
We work both ways. You can send your own fabric, or ask us to source it for you.
How does the sampling process work?
We draft the pattern and prepare a sample. Bulk production does not start until you approve it; if you want changes we revise and send it again.
What is the lead time?
It depends on quantity, complexity and fabric lead time. We give you a realistic date before the order, and we say so upfront if we cannot meet a date.
Can labelling and packing follow our brand specification?
Yes. Brand labels, care labels, poly-bagging and carton layout are all prepared to your specification before dispatch.
